We are hiring for the positions of Laborers, Pipelayers and Equipment Operators. Ideal candidates should have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.Please note that this position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with Kinsley Construction policies and procedures.Typical Responsibilities/Essential FunctionsLaborer:Assisting with job site pipeline installation operations.Use of required hand tools.Operating non-CDL dump trucks and service trucks.Daily clean up of job site.Pipelayer:Install and replace underground pipe in open trenches.Join pipe and make service connections.Perform live pipeline taps and tie-ins.Identify and mitigate job site hazards.Operate non-CDL dump trucks and service trucks.Perform other related duties as needed.Equipment Operator:Trenching and excavating to install and replace pipelines.Backfilling after pipe installations.Daily maintenance of equipment.Assisting in the installation of pipelines.Job site hazard recognition.Driving non-CDL dump trucks and service trucks.RequirementsAt least 1 year of experience in pipe installation is preferred.Comfortable working around heavy equipment.Able to lift, bend, carry, and perform other physically demanding tasks.Must pass a DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Minimum experience of 2 years for equipment operator role.Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.Ability to work well with others.How To ApplyIf you are interested in a position at Kinsley Construction, please apply on our website at careers.kinsleyconstruction.com or mail, fax, or email a resume including salary requirements to:KINSLEY CONSTRUCTION, LLC.PO BOX 2886YORK PA 17405717-815-6909 (Fax)careers@kinsleyconstruction.comWe are an equal opportunity employer.
